Bookings & Quotes
Quotes provided online or through our team are estimates and may vary based on the actual condition of the vehicle.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing upon inspection.
Some services require a non-refundable deposit, which will be communicated before proceeding.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled with 24 hours notice.
Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.
No-shows may forfeit deposits.
Vehicle Condition
You acknowledge that:
Excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or damage may require additional time or incur extra charges.
Paint correction and PPF results vary depending on vehicle condition.
We will always discuss this with you before proceeding.
Liability
We take great care with every vehicle; however:
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage.
We are not liable for items left inside the vehicle.
You agree to remove valuables before your appointment.
Photography & Marketing
With your permission, we may photograph your vehicle for social media or marketing purposes. Personal details and plates will be hidden upon request.
Payments
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. Deposits may be required for high-value services (e.g., full vehicle PPF).
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. By continuing to use our services, you accept the updated Terms.
